Links

Links

The organization of links is one of the tedious (and somewhat difficult) cognitive tasks of the Information Age... Attempts to achieve an Aristotelian classification hits one square in the face, because hyperlinked content cannot, by nature, be forced under any particular categorization. The best thing to do, short of putting all of these into a database with keyword searches (which would be doing Google's task) is an ad hoc organization followed by some manageable scheme at a more "disciplined" categorization. Even then, how does one reconcile the multiple, simultaneously possible dimensions---by subject, by task, by interest, by domain, by entity?

Taiwan Dissertation & Thesis Central

Graduate students in at least one university (NTU) in Taiwan have to submit a copy of their thesis to this place in order to graduate.

Need to look for something similar in the U.S., though I'm not aware of a central thesis collection/repository agency.
